Excellence
I am 100% pleased with my order. Everything came as described, minus the rivet. The reason I am giving this 5 stars is because of customer service, and let's be honest, things happen. I sent an email about the rivet and within minutes I recieved a phone call and the situation was taken care of no problem. Not only that, they even gave me an extra rivet when they didnt have to. There is much to be said about customer service, and Ken's Customer Iron has that. Along with excellent products and a great learning experience. Thank you so much, Scott A.

GREAT TONGS
Great set of tongs for light work up to 1/2 inch. I'll be adding the same tong in the QUICK size very soon. Good people to deal with..

Good tongs Great service
I actualy haven't built this set of tongs yet but I have built others similar in the past and I'm sure these are as good as the others. I wish Ken's would give lessons in customer service and everyone else that I do bussiness with would take them.

Decent tongs
The tongs work as advertised, and are fairly easy to make. Took me a while to dress out the cutting marks on the edges. Otherwise, they're a good deal.

Time at the anvil with grandson
Bought tong blanks for my grandson to forge out.Thinking it would help him at the anvil . He's still young and gets tired in a short time.I forged one half and he forged the other half.And we both riveted the tongs together.It was a great project and had alot of fun.My grandson is looking forward to forging another pair.Thank you Ken, 5 star +.
