THE DIFFERENCE: Quick Tongs vs. Rapid Tongs

Quick Tongs are made from 3/8" thick mild steel and are generally better for forging moderate to larger stock sizes. Quick Tongs come with a 5/16" x 1-1/2" rivet.

Rapid Tongs are made from 5/16" thick mild steel, making the tongs lighter and easier to handle when working with smaller stock sizes. Rapid Tongs come with a 1/4" x 1" rivet.
